See inside before you decide.
Pipe Inspection uses CCTV and borescope tools to document pipe interiors, plus acoustic testing where access is limited.
This site focuses on interior pipe inspection: CCTV, borescope and condition scoring before repair decisions.

- Describe the symptoms. Call or email with what you see, hear or smell, and when it appears.
- On-site investigation. Non-invasive methods narrow the search: acoustic, thermal, moisture, tracer gas or line tracing as needed.
- Confirm the source. Every clue is confirmed by a second method before it is reported.
- Written report. Findings, evidence, limitations and next steps, formatted for owners, managers and insurers.

Common questions
Can you inspect a line that keeps backing up?
Often yes. Standing water can limit the camera, so the line may need cleaning first; the report will say what was visible.
Do you clean or repair pipes?
No. Inspection and documentation only; cleaning, repair and replacement are contractor work.
Do you locate the defect on the surface?
Yes. Defects are located and marked where locator access is available.
How long does an inspection take?
Most residential lines take under two hours; larger systems depend on access and line length.
